Bob sold his first Rainbow on August 19, 1970. He has owned his own sales and service centers as an authorized distributor for 50 years. He also spent some time as the Sales Develpoment Officer, helping sales representatives elevate their customer service skills.

Rainbow Vacuum Sales and Service has been in Palatine for the last 20 years. Bob has gained a reputation as a knowlegable expert in repair and presentation of the Rainbow, with 4.6 stars rating on Google.
